Proniño in 2009

Finally, it should be remembered that putting Proniño's social action programme into practice requires a huge number of social actions to be taken, networks to be built and agents to be identified; but above all it requires a structure to be developed for the management of complex social projects aimed at achieving specific goals with measurable results.
