To increase the number of Telefónica employees enrolled in the program.
To create a volunteer service program for Telefónica O2 Europa.
To strengthen the volunteer service network: program coordinators, volunteer committees, and social organizations.
To plan and structure Telefónica Volunteers in line with other Fundación Telefónica programs, such as EducaRed and Proniño. Collaboration Initiatives with Proniño: Solidarity Vacations, Sister Schools, etc.
To share perspectives across regions on good practices for volunteer service.
To have new proposals by Fundación Telefónica for long-term, regional programs.
To have increased support for individual volunteer projects.
To create new projects geared towards new technology and education.
To expand and improve the volunteer training process.
To conducting awareness campaigns that speak to all Telefónica employees.
To unite all the Telefónica Volunteers portals into a single interactive website.
