Goals for 2009-2011
- To increase the number of Telefónica employees enrolled in the program.
- To create a volunteer service program for Telefónica O2 Europa.
- To strengthen the volunteer service network: program coordinators, volunteer committees, and social organizations.
- To plan and structure Telefónica Volunteers in line with other Fundación Telefónica programs, such as EducaRed and Proniño. Collaboration Initiatives with Proniño: Solidarity Vacations, Sister Schools, etc.
- To share perspectives across regions on good practices for volunteer service.
- To have new proposals by Fundación Telefónica for long-term, regional programs.
- To have increased support for individual volunteer projects.
- To create new projects geared towards new technology and education.
- To expand and improve the volunteer training process.
- To conducting awareness campaigns that speak to all Telefónica employees.
- To unite all the Telefónica Volunteers portals into a single interactive website.
