Main sections of this report:

To develop and set in motion the Global EducaRed Portal, which will unify all the portals and standardize the content. This initiative will provide the EducaRed community a platform equipped with the most up-to-date technologies and the latest Internet resources.
To promote the solid established use of cutting-edge tools and content, while becoming the leading force in educational innovation in Spain and Latin America. A steering group will be set up to oversee this and various reports will be published on the application of technology to communications.
To continue offering teachers, students and parents the latest top quality training (on-line, face-to-face and mixed) on state-of-the-art educational technology, using new channels such as Web 2.0 and digital television.
To reinforce the existing communities in EducaRed and to create new ones.
To strengthen the convergence between the EducaRed programs and Proniño.
To promote face-to-face activities by expanding existing projects or developing newly created ones, both in Spain and in Latin America; also evaluating how well participants’ needs are met.
To renew the standing institutional alliances and collaboration agreements and to identify new strategic allies.
