Main sections of this report:

To contribute to the institutional and business positioning of Telefónica.
To continue with projects in progress and to promote new studies and research, with special interest in developing local projects in each country where Fundación Telefónica operates.
To establish new synergies with other Fundación Telefónica programs, such as EducaRed, in order to develop research projects related to ICT and education.
To organize new congresses, seminars, conferences and debate forums, both face-to-face and on the Web, at national and international levels.
To continue publishing the results of research and studies through Fundación Telefónica Collection / Ariel.
To strengthen the presence of Debate and Knowledge on the web, through new multimedia tools and 2.0, such as webminars or on-line seminars.
To extend interest in the activities of Debate and Knowledge as much as possible and to the widest possible audience, in order to establish a network of public advocates of the program.
To create and strengthen new partnerships and collaboration agreements.
