The Fundación Telefónica has collaborated in the process of computerisation and cataloguing, begun in 2002, of the over 21,000 records, almost 12,000 monographs and 9,000 choir scores that make up the collection of the library at Palau de la Música Catalana. The work of digitalisation and publication of these documents on the Internet is currently underway.
The Fundación Telefónica also provides technological support for the deployment of the "Les Escoles al Palau" programme, which aims to bring the world of music closer to schoolchildren with a series of auditions, enabling pupils to enrol on an automatic basis via the Internet.
