EducaRed is preparing this project with the aim of transforming the Spanish educational system with the help of the most innovative educators in the country, who will be trained to become educators-entrepreneurs.
This collective will work as a large team to build up the best repository of educational innovation cases in the world, with the resources required to turn individual ideas into projects. This community, using collective intelligence, will select the best proposals that will finally be put into practice with EducaRed’s support.
The world is changing at an ever increasing pace. We are educating for a future time that we can hardly imagine, in many cases using obsolete contents and techniques. Throughout the 19th and 20th century, education changed people, but we don’t get the same feeling today. Education needs to change and recover that social leadership once again. A world that changes faster every day needs to be addressed with a radically different educational model. Small incremental improvements are no longer enough. A change such as the one required cannot be imposed from above, but needs to be built from the base. People are essential elements for any change, and teachers need to be the agents of the great leap forward that Education needs to take, but they need to use the tools that will allow them to change the world, the tools used by entrepreneurs.
We are offering you the opportunity to change the Spanish educational system for good by becoming an entrepreneur first. By training yourself in how entrepreneurs see and explore the world, create projects, spread the word among society, and carry them out. We want to support you, to help you evolve, so that you can change education.
