To receive information or take part in the activities of Fundación Telefónica's Jóvenes (Youth) Programme, sign up to our register by filling in the fields below.

On entering the Programme, the young people who have graduated from secondary school join a network through which they can share their experiences and projects both among them and with Fundación Telefónica. This network also offers them the chance to take part in meetings and conferences where they can interact with the society they are a part of.

DATA PROTECTION POLICY

Pursuant to the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, you are hereby informed that the data collected in this form will be included in the files "Programas Sociales para los Jóvenes" and "Comunicación Web", both being automated personal data files owned by Fundación Telefónica. These automated files have been duly registered at the Spanish Data Protection Agency and their purpose is "to provide a channel for the communication and management of Fundación Telefónica's Social Programmes for Jóvenes, as well as to provide the services of informing and spreading of Fundación Telefónica's activities" and "the exchange of information and contents over Fundación Telefónica's website" respectively.

By submitting the requested information, the applicant explicitly consents to the inclusion of his/her data in Fundación Telefónica's files, in accordance with the aforementioned purposes. Likewise, the applicant authorises the transfer or disclosure of the data to the entities with which Fundación Telefónica has entered or may enter Collaboration Agreements for a better fulfilment of the aforementioned goals, he/she being expressly informed that, in some cases, international data transfers will take place in order to carry out said disclosure.

Fundación Telefónica, with registered office at 28 Gran Vía, Madrid, 28013, guarantees as the owner of the files the exercise of the rights to access, correct, cancel and contradict the data provided by means of the sending to the aforementioned address of a letter accompanied by a copy of the National Identity Document and addressed to Fundación Telefónica.

The applicant shall be the only person held accountable in case of completing the forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data.

CESSION OF IMAGE RIGHTS

The applicant authorises Fundación Telefónica to collect whatever personal data emerging from the taking of photographs and recording of videos during the activities promoted by Fundación Telefónica (the "Images").

The authorisation on the part of the applicant shall involve the granting in favour of Fundación Telefónica of a non-exclusive licence, without time limit, with a worldwide scope and at no cost, to reproduce, store, edit, modify, publish, include in databases, publicly disseminate, transmit, display, distribute, depict or exploit in any other non-profit-seeking way, in whole or in part, such information or contents by Fundación Telefónica in any manner or through any means or technologies.
